Jay Gonsalves is the President of Action Collection Agency located in Middleboro, Massachusetts. He served as President to ACA International, Inc in 2008/2009 and as President to the New England Collectors Association from 1998 - 2000.
Christian Lehr
Healthcare Collections, Inc.
Christian Lehr is the Co-Owner at Healthcare Collections, LLC located in Phoenix, Arizona and collects exclusively on medical debt. He joined Healthcare Collections-I, LLC. (HCI) in 1999 after having worked in the printing and software industries. He is a second-generation owner with his step-father and partner, Paul Peach.
Christian is currently serving as a Board Member of ACA International. His previous roles with ACA International include serving on its Council of Delegates, Health Care Committee, and chairing both the Website Committee and the Unit and State Affairs committee. Christian has also been awarded the ACA International Scholar and Fellow designations.
At the state level, Christian is a past President and current board member of the Arizona Unit of ACA International.
Judd Peak
Frost-Arnett
Judd Peak is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Frost-Arnett Company. He is responsible for the creation, implementation and continual oversight of the enterprise-wide Compliance Management System (CMS). In this role, he ensures that the compliance program aligns with overall Frost-Arnett corporate strategy, business plan and code of ethics. He also oversees the corporate legal and risk management functions of the organization.
