Ogden, Utah -- On October 16th, 2018, Accounts Receivable payment hub PDCflow reached a landmark anniversary, celebrating 15 years in business.
The company was created in 2003 specifically to provide payment processing services to the debt collection industry. The first goal of PDCflow was to provide fast, efficient payment methods to our client's consumers. Since then, the cloud-based payment software has added online payments, eSignature, document delivery, recurring schedules, IVR and more to serve the payment and compliance needs of accounts receivable professionals.
“PDCflow has made incredible strides in payment and signature technology in the last 15 years,” says Matthew Snedden, Chief Operating Officer. “We’re excited to keep building on our robust payment hub to ensure a fast, seamless payment experience for our clients and their consumers.”
PDCflow has been busy preparing for the future of the company by re-certifying as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) Level 1 compliant vendor. They have also undergone rigorous independent auditing to fulfill the SSAE18 SOC 2 Attestation, and have recently become HIPAA Certified.
The company will be kicking off the milestone year with a Customer Appreciation Week celebration November 26 - 30. The event will shine a spotlight on successful professionals in the accounts receivable industry who are using the payment hub to enhance their business practices.
PDCflow's Payment Hub offers a single platform for Accounts Receivable teams to quickly send an invoice, collect a credit, debit or ACH payment and obtain a signature in one simple and secure workflow.
