Automated Reminders for Higher Open Rates and Engagement

Automated Reminders for Higher Open Rates and Engagement

PDCflow is excited to announce Automated Reminders for Flows!

Don't let unfinished tasks slow you down. Use Flow Automated Reminders to keep business moving.

Automatically send a follow-up email or text message to customers who haven't finished your request. This simple feature can:

  • Get 25% more people to complete essential business requests
  • Increase the number of people who open your messages by 50%
  • Keep customers engaged without extra work

How Flow Automated Reminders Work

Flow Automated Reminders are like friendly nudges.

They make it easy to follow up with customers about pending payments, contracts, and invoices — without taking extra time out of your day. How this latest feature enhancement works:

Send an Automatic Reminder With a Flow

Now, when you choose a Flow request to include an Automated Reminder, a reminder will automatically be sent by email or text message before the expiration date.

For automated email reminders, the message will include "REMINDER:" at the start of the subject line. The email will also indicate how many days are left before the request will expire.

Automated text reminders work the same as email. They specify when the message is a reminder and include when the request will time out.

Decide When to Include a Flow Reminder in Templates

Admins can easily add Automated Reminders to Flow templates.

After setting the Timeout, just choose how many days before this date the reminder should be sent.

Reminders will automatically be delivered to recipients who haven’t completed your request.

Use Automated Reminders with Bulk Sends

With your PDCflow account, you can request esignatures or payments, or send documents and other important bulk messages to up to 5,000 customers at once. And now, you can include Automated Reminders when sending bulk messages.

With PDCflow’s custom branding, all your emails can be fully customized to reflect your brand identity, including Automated Reminders.

Why Use Automated Reminders?

Efficiently manage and remind customers about pending payments, contracts, and invoices. Specifically:

  • Collection agencies, debt recovery firms, and Law firms handling collections: Automated Reminders increase recovery rates by reminding consumers of their unpaid balances.
  • Service and Consumer Goods companies: Good for businesses with recurring billing or payment collection needs. For companies with annual contracts, Automated Reminders help customers remember infrequent payment obligations.
  • Entertainment and event companies: Automated Reminders can be used to help with securing deposits or large payments from customers.
