Has been practicing law in the credit and collection industry for 25 years. She has served as a member of the CFPB's Consumer Advisory Board and as President of the Board of Directors of the National Creditors Bar Association. She is currently in several working groups whose focus is dissecting and understanding the Proposed Debt Collection Rule in order to assist her clients with implementation.
Kelly Parsons-O'Brien
Pacific Credit Services
Is President of Pacific Credit Services and has served as President of the California Association of Collectors. She is a third generation debt collector and has worked for her family business for 26 years. She has a passion for collections and has spent most of her career helping collectors reach their best potential.
